Problem: The customer was purchasing expensive stainless steel square rod stock and machining holes to insert urethane round belting. This was costly and very labor-intensive. Solution: We reverse-engineered their assembly and offered a modular, injection molded, colored food-grade urethane flipper. Problem: The customer had a tough time locating the correct after-market spare parts that were required to rebuild their conveyor. Solution: We supplied sprockets and chains to rebuild their conveyor in a cost-effective and timely manner.
