Problem: The customer was purchasing expensive stainless steel square rod stock and machining holes to insert urethane round belting. This was costly and very labor-intensive. Solution: We reverse-engineered their assembly and offered a modular, injection molded, colored food-grade urethane flipper. We saved them money and labor time machining the holes in the stainless steel rod.
