Problem: Traditional conveyor rollers with rolling elements are NOT 3A dairy-approved because of the cracks and crevices that the rolling elements present.

Solution: Working closely with the distributor and end user, we designed a solid Delrin roller with a special ball-headed threaded bolt. This “ball and socket” design is 3A dairy approved and allows for full conveyor roller and frame sanitation.
