Problem: The customer was having issues with sawdust fines escaping a flat conveyor causing spillage issues and ultimately a potential fire hazard.

Solution: Installed a continuous 82’ long double lip skirt seal which utilizes a dissimilar material from the top cover of the belt preventing galling and material fine spillage.
