Problem: A sand and gravel plant had fine sand carryback issues on the return side of their belt. When the sand gets wet, it tends to stick to the steel return rollers; this causes belt tracking issues due to uneven roll build-up.

Solution: We supplied a return urethane beater roller that is specially designed to create belt chatter, This causes the wet sand fines to drop and not stick to the return rollers.
