Problem: The municipality was using old cast steel sprockets and wall hanger bearings were seizing due to corrosion.

Solution: Engineered, Manufactured and supplied a total tank rebuild comprised of; composite sprockets, wall hanger bearings, chain and flights.  With the use of our engineered plastic the moving parts in the rectangular clarifier will not corrode and prematurely fail!
