Problem:  The plant was running old cast iron, spoked, corner wheels. These were dangerous for the workers because of the possible pinch point as the wheel rotates.

Solution: We partnered with our manufacturer to create a solid composite wheel with a pressed-in bearing. This new unit is now completely corrosion resistant, safe, and will run for many years with no maintenance issues.
