Problem: We were approached to try and come up with a gear rack that would not corrode, is cost-effective, and is stiff when put under tension. What was common for gear racking on the market did not offer the solution the customer was looking for.

Solution: We engineered, tested, and built a gear rack that solved the corrosion concern, and strength issue and was very cost-effective. We can now mass-produce this design!
