Problem: The OEM was purchasing a machined hose clamp that due to the sheer volume of clamps, was costing them a LOT of money. This expensive product was not adding value to the performance of their equipment.

Solution: We built an aluminum mold base for injection molding to meet the customer’s volume requirements. This cost-saving solution saved them money in their yearly usage needs.
