Problem: Our customer was not happy with their supplier’s long lead times and lack of a quality-made chain.

Solution: With the help and partnership of our local distributor we were able to stock our chain in the distributor’s warehouse for quick shipments.  We also offered them a written QC procedure that we strictly adhere to.  This gave the end user the quality and performance guarantee they were looking for.
