Problem: Abrasive sand and gravel is hard on steel clamp bars that hold the vibrating screen decks down. A distributor approached us to see if we had a solution for longer wear life.

Solution: We built a jig to ensure consistency and have a process in place to clean, prep and apply our special high wear rubber to the steel clamp bars. They have proven to far outlast in abrasive screening conditions.
