Problem: We were approached to try and come up with a gear rack that would not corrode, cost effective and stiff when put under tension. What was common for gear racking on the market did not offer the solution the customer was looking for.

Solution: We engineered, tested and built a gear rack that solved the corrosion concern, strength issue and was very cost effective. We can now mass produce this design!
