Problem: A customer with a conveyor that breaks down pallets was seeing insufficient life out of their chain flights. Frozen pallet boards were putting too much stress on the top welded flights and they would snap off, causing the conveyor system to be ineffective.

Solution: Redesigned lugs with side “ears” to improve the weld surface on the chain, leading to increased life on the flights and less downtime.
