Problem: Potatoes Chips are salty, that tends to be an issue with bearings and moving component parts on conveyor systems. Divine was contact to help design a conveyor roller that would stand up to the nasty wash down and salt the conveyor would be susceptible to.

Solution: We provided a multiple labyrinth sealed stainless steel bearing in a white food grade PVC tube. The design had a simple 2 roll trougher pitched at 20 degrees to help contain the chips from spilling off the belt. The stainless frame is simple and clean, which helped to eliminate the nooks and cranny’s where food bacteria could grow.
